This is not possible. As participant, you acquire the entry for the complete event, which includes the presentation program, the technical exhibition as well as all further offers of the Aachen Colloquium on all event days. 

This is possible for the first time this year. You can purchase a day ticket for both Tuesday (optionally with or without a festive evening) and Wednesday. Further information can be found under "Registration information".

With the registration of an exhibition booth, you will receive a contingent of free participations for booth supervisors depending on the booth size. Registered booth supervisors can participate in all offers of the Aachen Colloquium including the presentation program, but the exhibiting companies need to take care of a constant staff presence at the exhibition booth at all times. 

A group discount is not available. 

The participants of the Aachen Colloquium will receive a list of participants in the eventapp. The participants can decide for themselves whether they want to appear there or not.

The registration for the banquet is done within your participant registration. The banquet takes place in different locations around the Aachen market square. All information concerning the banquet is available »here.«

Wifi is available free of charge at Eurogress Aachen. You can find the login data displayed in the foyer, for example at the conference office. Please notice that during peak times, for example in the lunch breaks, the connection might be slower due to increased use.

Of course, you will be hosted throughout the colloquium. The catering is included in the conference fee.

On Monday evening, we will offer soups and fingerfood as well as drinks during the welcome reception. On Tuesday and Wednesday, snacks and drinks will be available the whole day. For lunch we serve chosen dishes – of course also for vegetarians – and wine. On Tuesday evening, you can look forward to an exclusive dinner. 

Yes, at Eurogress Aachen a guarded cloakroom is available. You can find the cloakroom on the ground floor. Coming from the main entrance, go straight to the foyer in front of hall "Brüssel". In this foyer, turn left and afterwards turn right. The cloakroom is on the right side.

Usually, our event is attended in business look, meaning that most of the participants take part in a suit or a corresponding equivalent. 

The proceedings and presentation slides are in English. All lectures will be held in English.
